Terms and conditions<\/span><\/h1>\n

You must have a clear message about what you are agreeing to when you shop at \u00c6r\u00f8 Kayak SUP \/ Teglv\u00e6rket. The Consumer Ombudsman prescribes that before placing an order in our webshop you must confirm that you agree to our trading conditions. You will therefore be asked to confirm this in the order module. If you cannot accept our terms of trade, we cannot, according to the rules, accept your order via the internet. You can instead come by our address or contact us by phone. The conditions that you are asked to accept are reproduced verbatim in the text below. Then you can read our trading conditions in peace and quiet before you place your order. <\/span><\/p>\n

All transactions at \u00c6r\u00f8 Kayak SUP \/ Teglv\u00e6rket are entered into in Danish.<\/span><\/p>\n

By using www.kajakudlejningen.dk, you accept that we process your personal data in accordance with this data policy. \u00c6r\u00f8 Kayak SUP \/ Teglv\u00e6rket fully respects all requests for confidentiality of personal information that you provide on the website. Furthermore, we are aware of the need for appropriate protection and proper processing of your personal information. <\/span><\/p>\n

Where is your personal data stored?<\/strong><\/span>The personal information is stored on servers in Denmark. Some personal data is administered by a third party (data processor) who stores and processes personal data on behalf of www.teglvaerkspladsen.dk in accordance with this data policy and the applicable legislation on the protection of personal data. <\/span>We only store the personal data as long as it is necessary in relation to the stated purposes above.<\/span><\/p>\n

Prices<\/strong><\/span>All agreements on www.teglvaerkspladsen.dk are entered into in Danish, and all prices in our webshop are stated incl. 25% VAT. Unless otherwise specifically stated. <\/span>VAT and delivery costs are specified on order confirmations and invoices.<\/span><\/p>\n

Order confirmation<\/strong><\/span>When you have placed your order, we will send you an order confirmation per e-mail with information about the ordered item and the price incl. delivery costs. Please check that the order confirmation corresponds to what you expect. <\/span>It is not possible to subsequently call up the order confirmation on our website. If you wish to be sent a copy of the order confirmation per e-mail, then send an e-mail to kontakt@kajakudlejningen.dk<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Gift card Validity<\/strong><\/span>The gift card is valid for 12 months<\/span><\/p>\n

Delivery<\/strong><\/span>The gift card is delivered by email for printing or physically by agreement. The gift card is sent immediately after registered payment. Send gift card and order confirmationes in 2 separate emails. <\/span>Right of withdrawal<\/span>If you regret the purchase of a gift card, it can be returned to us within 14 days.<\/span>The right of withdrawal runs from the time you receive the gift card. Payment<\/strong><\/span>Trading in \u00c6r\u00f8 Kayak SUP’s webshop is based on payment when the item is delivered. This usually happens with Dankort, Visa card, Visa electron, Master Card or PayPal. <\/span>If you pay by credit card, you are always protected against misuse. You have the option of rejecting a payment when you receive your payment summary. You have no deductible in the event that your card is misused in an internet shop that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in its payment system. This way, you are better protected than in the physical world, where you have an excess of DKK 1,200 when your Dankort is misused by using the pin code. <\/span>When paying with a Dankort\/credit card, the payment is only deducted from your account after the goods have left \u00c6r\u00f8 kajakSUP and a larger amount than what you approved at the time of purchase can NOT be deducted.<\/span>Your card information is encrypted via the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol, and unauthorized persons cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction with PBS. \u00c6r\u00f8 kayakSUP does not have access to your card information. <\/span><\/p>\n
