Outfit: Swimming/running outfit or similar, warm hat, warm jumper/jacket for breaks, bring water and snacks as required.
SUP (Stand Up paddle) paddle and vest are included in the price.
It is possible to rent a rope pack, write sizes (XS-S-M-L-XL-XXL – write age of children under 14, and shoe sizes) in the comments box when paying.
