You must have a clear message about what you are agreeing to when you shop at Ærø Kayak SUP / Teglværket. The Consumer Ombudsman prescribes that before placing an order in our webshop you must confirm that you agree to our trading conditions. You will therefore be asked to confirm this in the order module. If you cannot accept our terms of trade, we cannot, according to the rules, accept your order via the internet. You can instead come by our address or contact us by phone. The conditions that you are asked to accept are reproduced verbatim in the text below. Then you can read our trading conditions in peace and quiet before you place your order.
All transactions at Ærø Kayak SUP / Teglværket are entered into in Danish.

By using www.kajakudlejningen.dk, you accept that we process your personal data in accordance with this data policy. Ærø Kayak SUP / Teglværket fully respects all requests for confidentiality of personal information that you provide on the website. Furthermore, we are aware of the need for appropriate protection and proper processing of your personal information.
If you cannot accept the data policy, please refrain from using this website.
Personal information
Personal information covers all information that can be used to identify an individual, including, but not limited to, first and last name, age, gender, home address or other physical address, email address or other contact information, regardless of whether it relates to your private place of residence or workplace. When purchasing IPP certificates, you must state your birthday and year.
What personal data do we collect and process?
As a general rule, you can access the website without telling us who you are or providing any personal information about yourself.
However, www.teglvaerkspladsen.dk needs certain personal data in order to do business with you.
www.kajakudlejningen.dk collects and processes information about you when you:
provides account information in connection with your shopping on the site
contact us by e-mail or sign up for our newsletter
otherwise provide personal data to us via the website
www.teglvaerkspladsen.dk only collects the personal data that is necessary (e.g. e-mail address, birthday and year or private address) to deliver the service you request.
www.teglvaerkspladsen.dk does not store information about means of payment, e.g. card numbers on payment cards, bank account numbers or the like.
To whom do we pass on personal data?
Personal information submitted on www.teglvaerkspladsen.dk is only passed on to:
• the company’s internal departments
• selected and trusted third parties who may use your personal data in order to deliver goods or services that you have ordered
Furthermore, www.teglvaerkspladsen.dk only passes on personal data to others, e.g. abuse registers in accordance with applicable law, if you engage in abuse or fraud towards the Kajakhotellet.
Except in the above cases, www.teglvaerkspladsen.dk does not pass on data about your use of the services at www.teglvaerkspladsen.dk
Where is your personal data stored?
The personal information is stored on servers in Denmark. Some personal data is administered by a third party (data processor) who stores and processes personal data on behalf of www.teglvaerkspladsen.dk in accordance with this data policy and the applicable legislation on the protection of personal data.
We only store the personal data as long as it is necessary in relation to the stated purposes above.
Access to information
You can always change your account information. You can be told what information we have registered about you. If you wish to receive a copy of this information, you must write to us at kontakt@kajakudlejningen.dk.

www.teglvaerkspladsen.dk undertakes to continuously fulfill the legal requirements for the protection of privacy.
Prices
All agreements on www.teglvaerkspladsen.dk are entered into in Danish, and all prices in our webshop are stated incl. 25% VAT. Unless otherwise specifically stated.
VAT and delivery costs are specified on order confirmations and invoices.
Order confirmation
When you have placed your order, we will send you an order confirmation per e-mail with information about the ordered item and the price incl. delivery costs. Please check that the order confirmation corresponds to what you expect.
It is not possible to subsequently call up the order confirmation on our website. If you wish to be sent a copy of the order confirmation per e-mail, then send an e-mail to kontakt@kajakudlejningen.dk
Gift card Validity
The gift card is valid for 12 months

The gift card is delivered by email for printing or physically by agreement. The gift card is sent immediately after registered payment. Send gift card and order confirmation

Right of withdrawal
If you regret the purchase of a gift card, it can be returned to us within 14 days.

Payment
Trading in Ærø Kayak SUP’s webshop is based on payment when the item is delivered. This usually happens with Dankort, Visa card, Visa electron, Master Card or PayPal.
If you pay by credit card, you are always protected against misuse. You have the option of rejecting a payment when you receive your payment summary. You have no deductible in the event that your card is misused in an internet shop that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in its payment system. This way, you are better protected than in the physical world, where you have an excess of DKK 1,200 when your Dankort is misused by using the pin code.
When paying with a Dankort/credit card, the payment is only deducted from your account after the goods have left Ærø kajakSUP and a larger amount than what you approved at the time of purchase can NOT be deducted.
Your card information is encrypted via the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol, and unauthorized persons cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction with PBS. Ærø kayakSUP does not have access to your card information.
- For Kayak and SUP bookings, the amount is deducted on the date the booking takes place.
- For Courses and accommodation, the full amount is deducted after the order has been approved.

Booking of courses and accommodation
It is possible to book courses and accommodation at Teglværkspladsen online on the webshop, or by calling +45 24612070. Courses are posted continuously, and you can book as soon as they are posted. You can read about course content during the course itself.
Confirmation is sent by email via the booking system.

Payment deadlines and installments appear on the booking form.
As soon as we have received your payment, it will be registered on your account.
Exceeding payment deadlines results in cancellation of the reservation.
We do not confirm receipt of your payment.
Bookings are paid in advance, installments and payment deadlines are stated in the webshop.
Course cancellation / overnight stay
Registration for courses and course dates is binding, and no refunds are given in the event of prevented attendance, illness or failed courses.
If you are prevented before the course, however, it is possible to move the course if you have taken out insurance at the same time as you register for the course. The insurance costs 10% of the course price, but a minimum of DKK 100. The insurance allows you to move the course date once. Illness / prevented attendance must be reported no later than 24 hours before the course. You can move the course to a course on a later or earlier date (but no later than 12 months ahead). A possibly price difference must be paid if the course is more expensive, but not paid if the course is cheaper. The money cannot be paid back on the basis of the insurance. The insurance is only valid if it is taken out and paid for at the same time as you register for the course. If no insurance is taken out when booking the course, we cannot change the registration once it has been made.
Cancellation/ relocationWe may have to change the course location to avoid course cancellations, be it weather conditions or too few registrations. If the place and/or time of the course changes, you will be contacted by email or phone. If the course is cancelled, we will endeavor to notify you in the week leading up to the course. If we cancel the course, it is always possible to get the money back or move the course to another date. In the event of a refund, the course price, as well as any unused insurance will be refunded.
Complaint options
If you are dissatisfied with a product or service provided by us, call or write to us so that we can hopefully find a solution. If we cannot agree, you can complain to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority’s Center for Complaint Resolution, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby. You can complain to the Center for Complaint Resolution via www.forbrug.dk. The EU Commission’s online complaints portal can also be used when submitting a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. Complaints can be submitted here – http://ec.europa.eu/odr. Delivery
Ærø Kayak SUP aka Teglværkspladsen delivers every day, with orders placed before 12 noon the previous day, in the season from May to September with reservations, as we are often too busy, but we are always solution-oriented.
NOTE: We deliver throughout Ærø, subject to access conditions, only for long-term rentals, min. ½ day, i.e. not hourly rent, hourly rent is only for larger events, such as bachelor parties etc. Call and arrange further.
