Outfit: Swimming/running outfit or similar, warm hat, warm jumper/jacket for breaks, bring water and snacks as required.

When you book a kayak instructor you decide what is to happen, whether you just want an experienced instructor on the water for safety reasons, whether you want to learn some techniques, rescues, games – or you just want to enjoy the stillness of being on the water without bothering about where you go but safely follow the instructor. Perhaps a mixture of the above, you decide!
